SODA BLONDE

Soda Blonde is an alt-pop band from Dublin, Ireland, made up of Faye O’Rourke (vocals), Adam O’Regan (guitar/production), Donagh Seaver O’Leary (bass), and Dylan Lynch (drums). Formed in 2019 following the disbandment of acclaimed Irish act Little Green Cars, the band has since established themselves as one of  the most vital and inventive voices in Irish music.

Known for their emotionally charged songwriting, bold production, and cinematic live shows, Soda Blonde is entirely self-produced and independently managed. Their debut album Small Talk (2021) was nominated for the Choice Music Prize, and their follow-up Dream Big (2023) topped numerous Irish year-end lists, with The Irish Independent naming it the #1 album of the year. In 2024, the band performed a sold-out orchestral concert with the Irish National Symphony Orchestra at Dublin’s National Concert Hall—now being released as a live album and concert film.

Their latest release, the People Pleaser EP (2025), marks the beginning of a new phase of consistent output, combining groove-heavy arrangements with vulnerable and often devastating lyricism. Singles from the project—including “Bully,” “The Saddest Thing,” and “The Queen of Mercy”—have received airplay from BBC Radio 6, 2FM, and regional radio across Ireland and the UK. The band made their official SXSW debut in 2025 and are currently expanding into North American markets.

With growing international support, a fiercely loyal fanbase, and full creative autonomy, Soda Blonde continues to push boundaries—both musically and artistically.
